1. Can I upgrade my license?
You can upgrade your license at any time directly in your account dashboard. Licenses are automatically prorated.
2. What else do I have access to after purchasing?
With all active licenses, you gain access to the Chatbot Template Library. Available only to active license holders. The Chatbot Template Library helps launch your Chatbots faster and gives you insights on building bots efficiently. Visit our Chatbot Template Library to see the available bots. Please note: you will not have access to these bots until you make a purchase.
3. What if I need help is it available?
We provide full support 360 days a year to all active license Gravity Bot users. You can easily open a support ticket or read our documentation articles.
4. Is my license automatically renewed?
Gravity Bot automatically renews your license once per calendar year. Lifetime licenses are exempt.
5. Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime after making a purchase by visiting your account dashboard.
6. What happens if I don't renew.
Gravity Bot will continue working on your website. Once your subscription has expired, you will not have access to support or be able to receive plugin updates.
