Installing Gravity Bot
You can install the Gravity Bot plugin just like any other WordPress plugin. See installing Gravity Bot for additional information.
Chatbot Embed URL
Adding your companies Chat Bot Embed URL simply means creating a stand-alone page without any other elements and then adding the Chatbot enabled form to the page.
After you’ve embedded your form/Chatbot on a page, don’t forget to publish the page and then update the Chatbot URL field in your settings to reflect the page URL/slug you’ve embedded the form/Chatbot.

Adding the Gravity Bot Clicker Shortcode
